Rossford Riverfest 2022 is planned for Saturday, August 20, 2022, 4 – 11 pm, at Veterans Memorial Park with FIREWORKS!
Kid Zone — 4 to 6:30 p.m., Nisbet Park
Rides, inflatable games, face painting, performers and more!
Downtown Band — 4 to 8 p.m., Jackson Street Market at Brown’s Crossing
Russel Kuzuhara will perform along the bike trail at Jackson Street Market. There will also be a beer booth in this area from 4 to 10 p.m.
Parade — 7 p.m.
The parade will leave from Loveland Elementary School (600 Loveland Madeira Road), turn on West Loveland Avenue, and travel through the downtown district, ending at the intersection of State Route 48 and East Loveland Avenue. If you or your organization would like to be in the parade, please register online by June 30.
Concert — 8 to 10 p.m., Nisbet Park
The Bluewater Kings Band will perform from 8-10 p.m. at the Nisbet Park Amphitheater. The band specializes in high-energy music, and a six-piece ensemble will perform popular songs.
Fireworks — 10 p.m.
The fireworks display will begin at 10 p.m. and be visible across the city.
Food Trucks — 4 to 10 p.m.
Food truck vendors will be available at Nisbet Park and Jackson Street Market. Try out Loveland Dairy Whip, Stellar Street Eats, The Right Stuff Grill, SEA Cuisine, Sugar Shock, Smoothie King, and more.
Transportation — 4 to 11 p.m.
Parking shuttles will be transporting eventgoers continuously from 4-11 p.m. Shuttle pick-up locations will be at Loveland High School (1 Tiger Trail) and the Loveland Early Childhood Center (6740 Loveland-Miamiville Road). Drop-off locations will be at Riverside Drive (near Loveland Veterans’ Memorial) and Third Street (near Whistle Stop Clay Works). Please note eventgoers will need to walk to the festivities from the drop-off locations.
Set to take place on Saturday, June 18 from 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm on Mall C in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, the city-wide, family-friendly celebration and commemoration of Juneteenth will feature a mainstage performance by Karamu House, the country’s oldest Black producing theatre and a fireworks finale.
Festivities will also include a vendor village to spotlight Black businesses and entrepreneurs; community programming and education, spoken-word performances, interactive art demonstrations, food trucks, and beverage concessions.
