Admission: Looks like a daily pass starts at $35.
Event Parking: I think parking might be included in the ticket price, but it's confusing and I might be wrong.

Event Details:

Bike parade at 10AM followed by the Main Parade. Then head down to the lakefront for a spectacular finale to the Fourth of July holiday with fireworks at 9:45 p.m. A Rescue Marine barge will be used to launch the fireworks from the water for a wide viewing area. Watch for signs at the Pavilion about dock closure for the day. In the case of inclement weather, fireworks will move to Wednesday, July 5. 

A Daily Chautauqua Pass, Partial Chautauqua Pass or Season Chautauqua Pass is required to enter Lakeside Chautauqua for the Fourth of July events.
