2:00 p.m.: E. Helena St. (McCook to Keowee) – Closed to vehicles
3:00 p.m.: N. Bend Blvd. and Deeds Park Dr. – Closed to all traffic
4:30 p.m.: Riverside Dr., Brennan Dr., and parts of E. Helena – Pedestrian-only
4:30 p.m.: Hall Ave. (south of Keowee) – Closed to vehicles
