Event Details:Festival lasts July 1-3, 2011 and includes many events. Not entire sure where the fireworks are shot from, but I gather it’s over the river, and thus viewable from parks on either side – but if you have more information, it’d be great if you post it below. There will also be lots of music, games (including a wiener dog race – always love those), boat parade, Air Force fly over, food, family entertainment and fun. Check the website for the complete rundown. Note – since July4 is on a Monday this year, the fireworks will be on Sunday July 3.
